Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Areas
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates: 5-10 business days.

4. Packaging
We take great care in packaging fragile items:

  • Vases: Individually wrapped in bubble wrap or foam, with extra padding. Boxes marked "Fragile."

  • Ornaments: Wrapped with padding; delicate items individually protected.

  • Frames: Wrapped with corner protectors, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes. Glass fronts have additional protection.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box for damage upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos before opening. For concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
