Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your home decor purchases. Due to the nature of these products (fragile items, handmade variations), please review our policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged items: Vases that have been filled with water or flowers; ornaments that show signs of wear; frames that have been hung or used.

Custom or personalized items: Cannot be returned unless defective.

Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials. For vases and glass frames, original protective padding must be used.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured shipping (especially for fragile items).

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged (chipped, cracked, broken) or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes (especially for handmade or artisanal items), actual colors, glazes, and finishes may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
